By downloading, installing or using the Application, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
ASKSyb offers an oracle and tarot reading service powered by artificial intelligence. The service is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial or professional advice of any kind.
You agree to use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and in a lawful manner. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Application.
The interpretations and responses provided by the Application are generated by an artificial intelligence system. Although we strive to keep the content appropriate and within the intended framework, these responses may be variable or imperfect. SAS LeadForge is not responsible for the content, accuracy or consequences of the AI-generated responses. The oracle is for entertainment and personal reflection only. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the Application.
Account creation may be required to access certain features. You can delete a conversation from your history at any time from within the Application. You can also request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time from "My account". For more information on the processing of your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
The Application, its content (excluding user-generated content), designs, texts and software are the property of SAS LeadForge or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAS LeadForge shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including in connection with the AI-generated content. The Application is provided "as is".
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend that you review them periodically.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rennes, France.
